Notice of Change in Location for the June 1, 2026 meeting of

the Stokes County Board of Education

The location of the June 1, 2026 meeting of the Stokes County Board of Education has been changed from the Administrative Office of the Stokes County Schools in Danbury, North Carolina to the gymnasium of South Stokes High School, 1100 South Stokes High Drive, Walnut Cove, North Carolina 27052. This change in location is necessary in order to accommodate the number of persons expected to attend this meeting. The time of this meeting is 5:30 p.m. It is anticipated that the Board of Education will meet in closed session immediately following the opening of the meeting and that open session will resume at 6:00 p.m.
